What happens now
Your request has been received and is currently being organized before the artist review begins.
This step makes sure the request reaches the correct artist and that the information is readable and complete before they spend time evaluating it.
During this stage we:
• Confirm the contact information works
• Check that images uploaded correctly
• Verify the body placement makes sense
• Determine which artist or schedule it belongs to
• Flag anything that needs clarification before review
• Place the request into the appropriate review queue
No pricing or scheduling decisions happen yet — this step prevents delays later by making sure the artist receives a clean, understandable request.
Once routing is complete, it moves directly into artist review.
What you need to do
Nothing needs to be scheduled or confirmed right now.
Just watch for a message from the shop.
If you realize you forgot a detail, reply to the confirmation message rather than submitting a new request.
Submitting a new form creates a separate request and slows the process.

After routing is complete, the artist review stage begins automatically.
