What happens now

Your project has been approved and is ready to be placed on the calendar.

To reserve time, a deposit is required. The deposit locks a specific appointment slot so the artist can prepare and plan the work for you.

Until the deposit is received, the date is not held and may be offered to another client.

Once the deposit arrives:
• The time block is reserved
• The project moves into scheduling
• The artist begins planning for the session
• Your appointment confirmation is sent

What you need to do

Use only the payment link provided in our message.

After sending the deposit:
Reply to the message so we can match the payment to your request and finalize the appointment date and time.

If multiple dates are offered, send back your availability choices to speed up scheduling.
