Customers opt in to receive text messages through our website tattoo request and appointment forms.
Each form requires the client to voluntarily provide their phone number and includes a consent statement informing them they agree to receive text messages related to their tattoo appointment.
The form language states that by providing their phone number they agree to receive messages from our business regarding scheduling, appointment updates, reminders, and questions about their request. Messaging is conversational and service-related only.
We do not purchase, share, or import phone numbers, and we do not send cold outreach or marketing campaigns.
Offline opt-in:
If a customer calls the shop, we ask if they would like to receive text updates regarding their appointment. We only send messages after they verbally agree and provide their number for scheduling communication.
Opt-out:
Customers can reply STOP at any time to unsubscribe, and this instruction is included in our messages. After opting out, no further texts are sent.
Messages are strictly appointment-related (scheduling coordination, deposit instructions, reminders, and responses to client questions) and not promotional advertising.
